Thomas is managing WisageTech™'s Engineering team to produce a new generation of project management tools. Thomas has over 15 years of solid experience in mission-critical systems development. He has held various positions in companies such as HKEx, CIBC, InterWorld™, and Citibank and has led R&D teams to deliver state-of-the-art products and quality services.

   Thomas learned the importance of customer focus and predictability from his previous experience of providing mission critical systems and services to Financial Service clients. He understands that leading edge systems require impeccable services in order to truly benefit the clients. Thomas also has extensive experience in managing geographically distributed teams to develop systems and provide services.

   During his career, Thomas has published the US Patent 5,809,505.

   Thomas received both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
