Manna, as the Head of Human Resources, is responsible for the planning, development and management of all human resources for WiseageTech.
   Prior to joining WisageTech, Manna had 8 years experience in the field of Human Resources. WisageTech will benefit from her expertise in employee recruitment and candidate evaluation; staff training and development; the management of performance appraisal systems; and in compensation, incentive and benefit program administration. She strongly believes in the humanistic management approach.
   Manna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economy Information Management from Jinan University and is a Certified Human Resource Manager from American Certification Institute.
