Ice is the General Manager of Sales Operations for WisageTech in China. In this capacity, she is responsible for directing all pre-sales and post-sales activities for WisageTech within China. Ice has over 11 years of industrial experience; prior to joining WisageTech, Ice had worked on processes and IT solutions (e.g., POS, eInventory, eProcurement) for retail businesses. Ice has been involved in providing solutions for many very large corporations such as BP PetroChina Petroleum Co.Ltd, Wal-Mart, etc.

   Ice started her career as a software engineer but quickly moved up and became a business analyst. Her passion, willingness to work in clients' environments and her ability to assess and understand clients' issues has helped Ice advance her sales management career quickly.

   Ice was born in China and graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University. She later obtained her PMP certificate from the Project Management Institute (PMI) of United States.
